Yes. Customers scan the QR card at or near your cash register. You can edit your account settings from a computer.
I already use those rewards cards in my business. Can LOIA replace them?
If your customers inquire, you can transfer their points to LOIA using our dashboard.
Does LOIA change the way I sell my products or services?
Not at all. All you need to do is display our QR Code so your customers can scan it to collect points after paying for your product/service.
How can I choose the reward that I want to offer to my customers?
You can easily set up your rewards in your account setting by logging into the dashboard.

Yes. LOIA was created to work with any business. We are constantly evolving and creating new functionalities to better serve less-traditional businesses.
Can I trust that people won’t scan the QR Code multiple times and collect more than just one point per transaction?
We do our best to avoid fraudulent transactions and we’re constantly updating our app with more features to help to prevent that. We use the user location to check if the scan is being made from your store location. We also prevent the user from scanning the QR Code multiple times in a short period of time.
Can I see who’s scanning the QR Code?
Yes, if you are logged into the dashboard you can manage all the transactions and see your customer base.
I don’t have a reward to offer to my customers. What can I do?
Rewards are not just products. If you don’t have any product to offer to your loyal customers, you can also offer promotions and discounts on their next purchase.
